EXTRA CHARGES
Security deposit of 500 euros, to be paid upfront
Release of the paid deposit one week after leaving the property and after positive inspection. You are excepted to sweep the property clean and to leave it behind orderly. A fixed charge of 150 euros will be charged for final cleaning.
An additional energy charge of 15€/day during winter time (between September 15th and April 30th)
